1)I understand that application is a contractual agreement between me and Company.
2)I have understood the working & benefits of this programme as explained to me by my sponsor.
3)I confirm that I have attained the age of 18 prior to my application to Company and here by submit my application to the company for acceptance.
4)I understand that I have to pay a non refundable one time membership fee by way of D.D to the Company payable at Trivandrum.
5)I have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this programme. I shall agree to all the terms & conditions and I shall accept to abide by the rules published / notified by the company from time to time.
6)I will not give any false, misrepresentation, misleading information to promote this programme.
7)I am aware that Company can automatically terminate my membership if found violating the terms and conditions.
8)I understand by becoming a member I neither become an employee nor I become a share holder of the company.
9)Company Reserves the right to reject this application without assigning any reason.
10)Company will not distribute more than 80% of the total revenue.
11)No refund will be entertained.
12)Company's Decision will be the final.
13)The plan, product features, terms & Conditions and payout systems are liable to changes.
14)All dispute arising between Company and the members will be dealt as per arbitration and conciliation Act 1996, subject to Trivandrum jurisdiction only. The arbitrator shall be appointed by Company whose decision shall be the final and binding on both parties.
